Document description: Sample IDs in the report do not match those specified
This situation can occur in a WorkOut 2.5R1 results file (ARS) when there are multiple inherently unknown groups (i.e. custom Unknown groups) on the plate, the group sizes are changed and then Sample IDs are modified.
We have produced a hotfix to resolve this issue available from here.
In addition we have produced a tool for fixing WorkOut 2.5 results files affected by this you can download and use the Sample IDs fix tool to fix files affected by this problem.
Simply download the fix tool from here and follow these instructions:
1. Unzip and copy the Sample IDs Fix EXE to your computer running the software (e.g. Desktop)
2. Run the EXE
3. Browse to the ARS file to fix, press Load and then Fix and Save. The original file is backed up (with a .backup extension).
