With the Competitive Bindings transform a Four Parameter fit is fit to each sample group in dilution. The four-parameter fit uses four parameters: a,b,c,d. The c parameter is the most interesting as this is the midpoint of the sigmoid (on the x axis) or IC50/EC50.

The software automatically calculates IC(n) where n is any number (typically 50). However, you may want to reference the other coefficients for further analysis.

To reference the coefficient “a” from each group you can use:

#1,g,a

This means each group’s “a” coefficient for the first transform.

To include the “a” coefficient in the main table of the report add a Matrix Expression and include this expression. The calculated a coefficient will be include for each group
