How can I flag kinetic points for exclusion in kinetic analysis?

Document ID: DQ172
Relevant to following products: WorkOut 2.0 Manta
Document description: How to: flag kinetic points for exclusion in kinetic analysis.

If you want to flag individual kinetic cycles you can do this from the Data tab: double click on the well to view the kinetic chart and then select the Flag icon then click the mouse to flag points.

If you want to flag a range of points you can use the Analysis tab: drag the vertical dashed bars to select a range. Note that this will affect all charts. If you want a different range for each well, for example you may want to use a range such as between the first point and the peak point, then you can use the Range tab of your kinetic transform to enter an expression which is evaluated for each well, resulting in a different range for each well. See DQ173 for more details.
