How to get raw kinetic data exported to Excel

Document ID: DQ143
Relevant to following products: WorkOut 2.0 Manta
Document description: How To: Get Raw Kinetic data into Excel.

From File | Report Options ensure the Raw Kinetic table option is ticked, then you can use the Excel button to open the report in Excel.

Alternatively add a Matrix Export transform and select to export as a text file – this text file can then be opened in Excel.

Or for a complete automated solution: you can setup the software to export the raw kinetic data to a text file and then open it in Excel. You can do this by editing the existing protocol or from the Post Analysis wizard step, tick Export Results to text file, under Options… enter a file name such as:

c:\data.txt

Also tick Launch Another Application and enter the Excel path, for example:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\EXCEL.EXE"

And under command line arguments use:

c:\data.txt
