In this type of assay kinetic measurements are made, the linear regression is calculated from the kinetic data (for each well) and the slope is used as response for the standard curve and samples.

Use the Generic Wizard to create a new protocol which imports your data or takes the kinetic measurements you require. At the end of the wizard run the protocol to get your raw data into the software. When the data has been measured or imported press the Edit Transforms button to setup the analysis.

There are two approaches: the first is the simplest and easiest to setup, use the second method if you need to calculate R^{2}; for each linear regression.

Method 1: Create a new Linear Regression transform, this finds the linear regression of the kinetic data. Next Create a Standard Curve Fit transform as required, this will use the slopes of the kinetic reduction.

Method 2: Create a new Kinetic Fit transform, under the Method tab select Linear Regression, this finds the linear regression of the kinetic data. Next Create a Matrix Expression transform and enter the Expression:

Under the Output Matrix tab, enter R^{2} as the Name.

Next Create a Matrix Expression transform and enter the Expression:

Under the Output Matrix tab, enter Slope as the Name.

Finally create a Standard Curve Fit transform and enter the curve fit parameters.
