The Enzyme Kinetics wizard sets up various transforms for you. If you need to show the R2 value of the linear regression of each kinetic well create a “Matrix Expression” transform and enter the expression:

#1:R2

Assuming the Kinetic Fit transform is the first transform (#1). Enter R2 as the Output Matrix name.

This will show the R2 of each well. You will need to look at the matrix view to see the R2 of each well. If using replicate in the table you will see the mean of all calculated R2 for each group.
