The software shows me the Vmax value but how can I find the Km value?

Document ID: DQ111
Relevant to following products: Manta WorkOut 2.0
Document description: How To: Find the Km value from an Enzyme Kinetics assay or Group Vmax transform.

For builds 295 and later the Km is included in the table, for earlier builds:

If you have used the Enzyme Kinetics example and you want to get the Km value of each group, create a Matrix Expression transform and enter the expression:

#3,g,Km

This assumes your Group VMax transform was the 3rd transform (change the #3 accordingly). Set the Output Matrix name as Km and recalculate to display a new column in the main table of the report listing this.
