Document description: What is the consequence of selecting “Scale Y axis to B/B0 using”?

Scale Y axis to B/B0 using … simply plots the data on a Y axis ranging from 0 to 100 which corresponds to the calculate B and B0 of the fit.

You will notice that as you change the fit method the way which B/B0 is calculated changes. For example, the four parameter fit sets B/B0 to be the upper and lower asymptotes of the fit, whereas linear regression uses the Y intercept and the maximum response. For more details on how each fit method calculates B/B0 refer to the help page of that fit.
