Can I calculate the % differences between the concentrations calculated from the curve against the specified concentrations for the standard data points?

It is possible to show the % differences between the concentrations calculated from the curve against the specified concentrations for the standard data points as an additional column in the Data Points table in the report.

Build version 292 or later is required – ensure you are using this version.

Display the properties of the Standard Curve Fit transform you would like to see this data for. Select the Concentrations tab. If the Calculate % difference between specified Concentrations and calculated back-fit Concentrations option is ticked the Data Points table in the report displays a back-fit % difference column, which is the % difference calculated from the actual concentration calculated from the curve vs. the known concentration for that point on the curve as specified here.

This is calculated for each data point used in the fit as follows:

Difference % = (((Back Fitted X / Specified Concentration) * 100) - 100)
