How do I use the changes I have made to the result analysis in future runs of the assay?

Document description: How To: Extract a version of the protocol for use in the future…

When developing an assay protocol it is useful to build up the analysis parameters by adding and editing the transforms after the measurements have been taken.  In this situation each time Recalculate is pressed a new set of results is created.

When you are happy with your results you may want to extract the latest final version of the protocol for use in the future.  In this way you can use the protocol customisations you have made again saving you time in the future.

Simply go to File | Save Protocol and select which version to use (typically the latest) then enter a filename.  You can then recall and run this new protocol at a later time.
